Hi, I am a nurse. I bought my first pair of Alegria's in May of 2010 after seeing six women wearing these awesome shoes at the hospital. I wear my Alegria's all the time and get compliments from members of both sexes and people of all ages whether it is at work or in public places. I have no foot/calf pain during or after my twelve hour shifts. Alegria's are the best thing that have ever happened to my feet! I have the plum paloma's.

When first researching Alegria's I was a little skeptical that they could live up to all of their claims but they do. If you are on the fence as to whether to try Alegria's or not do it, your feet will thank you =) Thank you Alegria for your awesome shoes!!! You have a life long convert. I have converted my mother who is also a nurse. On a really rainy day not wanting to get her shoes muddy she wore her sneakers to work. The whole shift she was asked by her patients and co-workers where her shoes were =)
I get stopped a lot when I wear this shoe.....but that's not why I like it!

My former boss used to only be able to wear one kind of shoe (she owns a shoe store)...It was not a cute shoe but it worked for her. One day she came back from a meeting in Texas wearing an A...le..gria...(how do you say it again????) And I thought "THAT won't last long!"...it's been 10 months and she never stopped. Eight months ago I bought this shoe and it's now the brand I recommend to friends and family the most! Shopping for my next pair has been tough though, I'm like a kid in a candy store...
